1. Who we are

Jammul (jammul.com) is operated by DRTUNING, LLC, a company registered in the United States. By creating an account or using Jammul you agree to these terms. Contact: support@jammul.com.

2. The service

Jammul provides interactive, AI-powered voice lessons and games that teach children English, plus a dashboard for parents.

3. Your account

The account holder must be an adult and the parent or guardian of the children added. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for your children's use of Jammul.

4. Free trial

New accounts start with a free trial for the period shown on the pricing page. No payment is needed for the trial. When it ends, the games stay free and live conversation needs a paid plan.

5. Plans, billing and renewal

Prices are in Saudi riyals and shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe and may appear on your statement as "JAMMUL KIDS ENGLISH". Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.

Each plan includes a daily allowance of live conversation minutes per child; it resets every day and unused minutes do not carry over.

If we change a price, we will tell you before your next renewal.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and will not renew. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Jammul, try to break or copy it, share your account outside your family, or use it for anything other than learning.

8. AI limitations

The tutor runs on AI and can sometimes make mistakes. Jammul is a learning aid and does not replace a parent's involvement or a teacher.

9. Intellectual property

The characters, lessons, voices and designs belong to Jammul and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts children or the service at risk. You can stop using Jammul and ask us to delete your account at any time.

11. Liability

We work hard to keep Jammul stable and safe, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last three months.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under those laws.

13. Changes

If we change these terms we will update this page and tell you before the change takes effect. Questions: support@jammul.com.
